• Publishing Company: We are Everysoft, a company based in Liège, Belgium, registered under number BE 0804.545.714. In these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter 'GTC'), the terms 'What'Shop', 'we', 'our', and 'us' refer to Everysoft, the sole founder and owner of the What'Shop application.

• Our Activity: Everysoft specializes in creating and managing mobile and web applications, websites, and software solutions. Launched in 2024, the What'Shop application provides the following services:
• Hosting promotional content: We act as an intermediary between Merchants and Customers. We neither sell nor buy the displayed Articles and do not participate in any transactions.
• Visibility of promotions: Merchants are solely responsible for their promotions, the prices displayed, and the discounts offered.
• Content control: We reserve the right to review and remove any promotion or profile that does not comply with these GTC.

About You

By using What'Shop, you become a User of our platform. You have the ability to freely view ongoing promotional offers. What'Shop Users may be:

• Merchants: They add goods/services/items for sale in the form of promotional ads on our application.
• Customers: They search for promotional offers near their location, with the option to favorite items and use geolocation to find nearby businesses.

Merchant Obligations

As a Merchant using What'Shop, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a complete account with the required information.
• Use the services professionally and for your business.
• Be responsible for the content and information provided on the application.
• Not post content that violates Belgian law or fundamental rights.
• Promote only new items relevant to your business.
• Ensure proper management of promotions, stock, and the validity of discounts offered.
• Adhere to subscription fees and conditions.

If you do not comply with these conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or delete your profile/subscription without notice.

Management of Your Personal Data

Using What'Shop may require the collection and processing of your personal data. We collect this data to:

• Ensure the optimal functioning of the application.
• Select and personalize advertisements.
• Measure the performance of content and advertisements.
• Develop and improve services.
• Ensure security and prevent fraud.

Account Creation and Management

• Account Creation: To create an account on What'Shop, you must provide a valid email address, choose a unique username, and a unique password. Disposable or masked email addresses are not accepted.

• Prohibitions: It is strictly forbidden to:
• Engage in illegal or unethical actions.
• Use external software to disrupt the site or services.
• Post content that incites hatred or violence, or any other illegal content.
• Promote other competing sites or services on What'Shop.

What'Shop Rights

We reserve the right to take corrective actions in the event of a violation of the GTC, including:

• Sending a warning.
• Removing or correcting illegal content.
• Temporarily or permanently blocking your account in the case of serious or repeated violations.

In the event of a block, you will no longer be able to use the application, and your profile will be deleted without a refund of your subscription.
